Our Board of Directors is composed of community members, parents, and professionals who are deeply committed to supporting high-quality Montessori education in the Columbia River Gorge. As we prepare for major initiatives like long-term campus planning and expanding our donor base, we welcome new Board members who bring fresh perspective, creativity, and a willingness to dig into meaningful work.

Board members serve in a volunteer capacity, typically for a 2-3 year term. Together, we provide strategic guidance, fiscal oversight, and long-range visioning in partnership with the Head of School, all while upholding the values that make Little Oak a thriving and connected learning community.
